On average, please expect anywhere from 1-2 business days processing time before receiving a shipping notification for your online order. Business days are Monday - Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking updates automatically. Estimated delivery info will only be available via your tracking number once you receive your tracking number. You can expect possible processing delays during sales and annual holiday seasons, specifically October – December, due to the high volume of orders we receive, so please place orders as early as possible during these times to avoid late order arrivals.
Any orders containing hair bleach, nail polish, or color spray cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. These items must be shipped via FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited for any reason due to product shipping regulations.

- FedEx Ground for all orders containing hair bleach, nail polish, or color spray shipped within the continental US. These items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or anywhere outside of the continental US.
- USPS First Class or Priority Mail for all other US orders.
- Expedited Shipping Options:
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery Guaranteed by 8pm the following Business Day after the order has been processed and an email shipping confirmation has been received.
FedEx Express Saver: Delivery Guaranteed by 8pm 3 Business Days after the order has been processed and an email shipping confirmation has been received.
- Canada: USPS Priority International or FedEx Economy – Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
- All Other International Shipments: FedEx Economy – Delivery times vary depending on location.
Disclaimer: Ordering During Extreme Temperatures
Please keep in mind that chemicals and liquid products may be affected by extreme temperatures. We advise that you avoid ordering hair bleach during times of extremely hot weather. Extreme heat may cause developer to expand and leak out of the bottle. We also advise that you make careful consideration when ordering anything liquid or cream based during times of extreme freezing cold temperatures. If these items are left in a freezing, non-temperature controlled environment, they may freeze over which may or may not affect product use. Please understand that we cannot control or be held responsible for weather conditions.
International orders may or may not incur Customs Fees/Duty Taxes. These fees vary by country, and as we can not control or estimate these fees, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Replacements
If you would like to return anything from your order(except for *Lifestyle products – see below), please understand that this must be done at your own expense per our return policy. Eligible items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery and be in perfect, unused, and re-sellable condition. Once received and verified, we will process a refund for the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. If all of these requirements are met, you may send your package to:

Please be sure to include your 6 digit order number with all returns and retain the tracking number for your return shipment. Returns submitted without a 6 digit order number cannot be processed. Shipments sent to us without proper tracking that cannot be located cannot be processed.

If the product was not purchased directly from this Manic Panic website, please contact the original retailer directly. Please provide proof of purchase when asking for a replacement or refund and the customer service team will help you with your purchase and /or return.
*Lifestyle products are made to order and are final sale. As stated on the listings for items in this category, Lifestyle products may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Be sure to check size charts and measurements to ensure a proper fit for clothing items and shoes. If you order a Lifestyle product and it arrives damaged or defective, please send a picture of the item and damage or defect to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an online order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we are unable to change online orders in any way or cancel online orders for any reason. All confirmed orders will be subject to our return policy above.
Missing Item or Incorrect Item Received
If an item is missing from your order or you receive an item that you did not order, please email one clear photo of your packing slip and the items received in your package, labels facing forward, to email@example.com and be sure to include your 5 digit order number in the subject line. If an item was missing from your order due to lack of stock, you will be fully refunded for that item. If an error was made in packing, we will make the correction once we receive photo confirmation of the error.
Please be advised that Manic Panic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before you finalize the order. Once an online order is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we are unable to change online orders in any way or cancel online orders for any reason. All confirmed orders will be subject to our return policy above. Manic Panic will only issue a refund for the cost of the products minus the shipping cost if and when a package is returned to our warehouse, either by the shipping company or according to our return policy above.
We now offer Route+ Shipping Insurance on all orders. This complimentary shipping insurance covers your order in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
You must file your claim within the time period specified by Route in order to be eligible for a refund or reorder. Any claims made outside of the time periods stated in Route’s policy will not be eligible for coverage.
- Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “Delivered.” This includes claims for stolen packages and items damaged in shipping.
- Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “Delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Manic Panic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that fall outside of Route’s coverage guidelines.
'Payment Pending' Orders:
Depending on certain issuing banks, some customer credit card payments may take up to 5 days to settle successfully. Orders that have a payment pending status will be held until the payment has been received in full. If this situation occurs, you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order. Please be advised that unsettled payments may affect shipping/delivery times. For example: if the payment from your issuing bank takes three days to settle and you selected 2-day shipping, your total estimated time for delivery will be five days (three days processing and two days in transit).

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email as well as tracking updates. You may also sign up on our website to receive these updates via Facebook Messenger.
Sales, Discounts, & Free Promotional Items
Any time we are having a sale involving a discount code, it is very important that you make absolutely sure to type the code into the discount code box and make sure it is applied to your order before finalizing your order. The same applies to free item promotions - these must be added to your cart manually, and you must verify that everything in your cart and all pricing is correct before finalizing your order.
As mentioned in our Online Order Info & Policies, both on the Cart Page and on this page, once an order is finalized on the website, it is immediately sent to processing. We cannot change or cancel confirmed orders for any reason once they are submitted as they are immediately processed. It is very important to review your cart and make sure everything is correct before confirming it. This includes your address, the items in your cart, discount codes, every detail.
If you ever have issues placing an order, or something in your cart does not look correct, you need to contact us before placing the order so that we may assist you. It is not possible for us to add discount codes or make any changes to orders retroactively. Your order will be processed as it was entered and confirmed by you at the time of checkout.
As a protection against fraud for all of our customers, we reserve the right to request additional verification of information before processing any order. This includes, but is not limited to, identity, billing/shipping addresses, and method of payment information.
